As manager of the daily business operations at KSA, Kim is an independent thinker who brings a unique, strategic approach to KSA and its clients while delivering solution-based results.
Kim’s understanding of best business practices along with excellent analytical and decision-making skills are essential to the success of the firm. She works hard to ensure KSA runs smoothly and efficiently by maintaining a continuous review of methods, standards and other operational factors. Through accounting and budgeting she makes effective recommendations to reduce costs and exceed company goals.
Providing excellent client service comes naturally to Kim, whether she’s writing a client’s testimony or staffing a public event on the client’s behalf. She has the invaluable ability to explain complex information, simply, which saves time and erases confusion.
Kim’s close attention to detail and innate problem-solving abilities add great value to the KSA team. She is an innovator who strives to learn new ways of doing things and eagerly takes on challenges. Her excellent communication and interpersonal skills allow her to effectively manage relationships with colleagues and clients alike.
Kim is acting secretary of the Logan Square Dog Park Committee and regularly volunteers her time at several nonprofit animal shelters. Kim is also on staff for the LoganSquarist, which is a neighborhood-based news site covering businesses, issues, events and people of the Chicago neighborhood of Logan Square.
Kim resides in Logan Square with her family and enjoys supporting her local businesses. She’s a huge fan of the Dave Matthews Band, having attended close to 50 of their shows. She also loves going to the movies, fine dining and trivia.
