Kim’s friendly voice is the one you’re most likely to hear when you call KSA. She has an upbeat, fun-loving personality and her positive attitude and enthusiasm shine through on every project.  Kim realizes that clients are essential to KSA and she gets great joy from meeting their needs.

Kim has more than 20 years of administrative, bookkeeping, human resources and customer service experience.  She brings a unique blend of talent, ability and common sense, which she used during her years managing a busy construction office before joining KSA.  Kim is highly organized with a keen attention to detail, which makes her an exceptional problem solver for KSA’s clients.  Kim manages all the administration and financial aspects of KSA.

Kim lives in the Logan Square neighborhood of Chicago with her family.  She grew up in the Bradley-Bourbonnais area and raised her children there.  Danielle and Ryan are college age now, but it wasn’t too long ago that Kim was enthusiastically participating in their many school-related activities. She is still affectionately called “my second mom” by many.

A dog owner and animal lover, Kim volunteers her time to organizations that help to place animals in loving homes.  She also enjoys reading, music and everything Chicago has to offer.
